Accommodations: Historic Springfield Castle in the heart of County Limerick. The Castle sits on over two hundred acres with a mile long driveway. Yoga: Classes held daily in the 5th century tower in the west wing. Meals: Daily meals created by the house chef are with true Irish passion with fresh produce picked fresh from the Castle gardens. Whatever food is not grown on the grounds are sourced locally. Meals are organic, fresh, and delicious. We have a wide range of options,from Argentinian Asados, Peruvian style ceviche, Italian fire cooked pizza, Indian curries, Spanish tapas, South African barbeques to traditional Irish meals. Please let Caroline know of any dietary restrictions. Kitchen is always open for snacks and tea. Wine is offered on the honor system. Daily Agenda: Caroline cannot wait for you to discover her Irish homeland. A recommended agenda will be released soon. The agenda is just a guide of recommendations. Free time and embracing your wandering spirit is encouraged. Visit the local village, shop, meditate, or catch up on your reading along the cliff's of Ireland. The Garden Room
The Garden room on the ground floor is a lovely airy room with a 5ft [Queen) bed. The beautiful fern pattern fabric in the curtains is taken from a design by the early 20th century American interior designer, Elsie de Wolfe. There is a very large en-suite tiled shower room suitable for wheelchair use. As the bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor it is well suited to guests with less mobility. $1995 p.p.s . $2650 single. SOLD |
