Upon your arrival at Dublin Airport, Caroline will be there to greet you and assist with your transfer to the retreat location. Get ready to embark on a journey of rejuvenation and self-discovery.
After settling in and freshening up, we will kick off the retreat with a gentle walk around the beautiful grounds, allowing you to immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings of the Irish countryside. Following the walk, we will indulge in a soothing yin yoga session, designed to restore balance and promote deep relaxation.
Delicious Dinner: As the day winds down, we will gather for a delicious dinner prepared with locally sourced ingredients. Enjoy a nourishing meal that nourishes both body and soul, fostering a sense of connection and community among fellow retreat participants.

Check in Ardliaun Hotel
This is an opportunity to roam the streets of Galway city and experience the artists and buskers.
Walk the famous Salt hill premade or visit Galway Cathedral.
September 1st
The he Cliffs of Moher are a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of Ireland’s most memorable landmarks. On this full-day tour from Galway, admire the cliffs from the sea on a cruise to the Aran Islands; visit Inisheer, Doolin, and The Burren.
September 2nd depart for Dublin airport.
