ourney Through Sacred Ireland: Daily AgendaDay 1: Thursday, May 2nd - Arrival & Welcome Your Irish odyssey begins with our group gathering at Dublin Airport by noon. We'll journey together through the emerald countryside to Temple House, enjoying a refreshment break along the way. As evening falls, explore the mystical lakeside Knights Templar Castle ruins before joining Temple House owner Roderick for a special welcome reception, where he'll share 350 years of estate history. Your first day concludes with a gentle Yin yoga session led by Caroline.
Day 2: Friday, May 3rd - Sligo Discovery Greet your first morning with dawn Reiki-infused yoga in nature. After a leisurely brunch, we'll venture into historic Sligo town for an afternoon of cultural immersion. Find peace in meditation at the ancient Sligo Abbey (circa 1252), followed by literary inspiration at the Yeats Memorial Building. Return to Temple House for a nourishing dinner in our historic dining room.
Day 3: Saturday, May 4th - Ancient Healing Begin with morning Reiki-infused yoga outdoors, followed by a nourishing brunch at Temple House. Our sacred journey takes us to Queen Maeve's ancient burial site for a mindful hike. Embrace Ireland's traditional healing with private seaweed therapy in historic Victorian bathhouses, where hand-harvested Atlantic seaweed offers deep restoration for body and spirit. The adventurous may choose an invigorating dip in the Atlantic. Evening brings dinner at a beloved local family restaurant before returning for meditation and group reflection.
Day 4: Sunday, May 5th - Celtic Mystery Welcome the day with outdoor Reiki-infused yoga amidst the estate's ancient energy. Post-brunch, journey to the legendary Caves of Keash, mysterious chambers steeped in Celtic mythology. Return to Temple House for personal reflection before gathering for dinner, evening meditation, and shared insights.
Day 5: Monday, May 6th - Estate Immersion Begin with Reiki-infused yoga beneath the Irish sky. This day unfolds entirely within our private estate: create sacred geometry in our mandala workshop, row across the estate's tranquil lake, meditate in Victorian sunken gardens, and connect with nature through mindfulness walks. As twilight embraces the estate, experience ancient Irish storytelling with our special guest Seanchaí by the fireside.
Day 6: Tuesday, May 7th - Natural Wonder After morning Reiki-infused yoga and brunch, venture to the majestic Devil's Chimney, Ireland's tallest waterfall. Our hike along ancient trails reveals breathtaking vistas through spectacular scenery. Though challenging at times with steep ascents, each step rewards with stunning views of the 150-meter cascade. Return to Temple House for an evening of warm conversation over dinner.
Day 7: Wednesday, May 8th - Sacred Farewell Begin your final full day with gentle Reiki-infused yoga. After breakfast in Temple House's historic dining room, explore Sligo town's charming streets at your leisure. Gather for a final dinner within Temple House's centuries-old walls, followed by a traditional ceremonial bonfire under the stars, where we'll share stories and set intentions for our journey ahead.
Day 8: Thursday, May 9th - Departure Morning departure to Dublin airport, carrying the magic of Ireland in your heart.
