Welcome to the Be Yoga Retreat in Ireland!
Upon your arrival at Dublin Airport, Caroline will be there to greet you and assist with your transfer to the retreat location. Get ready to embark on a journey of rejuvenation and self-discovery.
After settling in and freshening up, we will kick off the retreat with a gentle walk around the beautiful grounds, allowing you to immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings of the Irish countryside. Following the walk, we will indulge in a soothing yin yoga session, designed to restore balance and promote deep relaxation.
Delicious Dinner: As the day winds down, we will gather for a delicious dinner prepared with locally sourced ingredients. Enjoy a nourishing meal that nourishes both body and soul, fostering a sense of connection and community among fellow retreat participants.
Day two
Start your day on a positive note with an invigorating yoga practice . This session will awaken your body and mind, setting a peaceful tone for the day ahead. Through breath and movement, you will find renewed energy and clarity.
Ballynahinch Castle Hotel & Estate is situated on some 700 acres, encompassing native woodlands, lakes, rivers, and spectacular views of the Twelve Bens and Maumturks to the north, as well as picturesque views of the grounds and the castle itself. There are approximately 16 kilometers of trails throughout the estate, bringing you through some native woodlands, lakeshores, and riverside walks suitable for all.
