Day 1 -17 TH This agenda is just an outline of what you might like to do. Arrival in Dublin airport. A scheduled bus with our driver will be there to meet you. Springfield castle is in the heart of County Limerick.There will be a rest break en route. Two and a half hours is the duration of the trip. Meet and greet at the Castle after you settle into your room.
17:30 A gentle class to to stretch , from your travels. All yoga classes will be held in the west wing which has a heated slate floor. Please bring a mat and a blanket you might like for comfort. *19:30 Welcome dinner in the dining room of the west wing.
-Day 2- 18th *At your leisure, join us in one of the two kitchens for a light breakfast. *09:00 Yoga *11:00 Brunch
As we escape to the ancient beauty of the Atlantic west Coast of Ireland, we will see the patterns of nature, culture and art around us. We see that within ourselves there is a natural pattern and beauty also. Please use the afternoon to wander and explore.

*Afternoon walk on the estate. There are over two hundred acres to explore. Springfield castle is set on an eco-farm with over 150 deer. For the photographers please know the castle staff have taken past guests in a pickup truck for closer pictures. . *19:30 Dinner
-Day 4 - April 20th. *08:00 Yoga *09:30 Brunch *Depart for the Burren . A hike is planned on the Burren please wear appropriate shoes. Time to be confirmed.
This is a day of reflection as we visit the Burren . Ireland is so much more than 40 shades of green – and nowhere are its many hues more celebrated than in County Clare’s limestone paradise on the Wild Atlantic Way .
What first hits you is the silence. It’s a silence as layered as the undulating landscape itself, filled with the riches of Irish history; of eons of stories, told and untold. All around you is pale grey stone ribboned with crags and crevices; miniature cliffs spread like mosaics as far as the horizon, and a microcosm of Ireland’s wildlife thrives.
Day 5- April 21st Yoga. Brunch.
The cliffs of Moher are on the edge of Ireland. Visited by thousands yearly. This is a time for you to wander and see the cliffs in your own time. The evening will be spent in the small village of New Castle west. A pre-dinner drink in one of the most famous pubs followed by dinner in the restaurant next door. An extensive menu is available for your choosing. Complimentary dinner and drinks are gifted to you by Larissa .
Day 6 April 22rd.
Dinner..Where we will be joined by a member of the Sykes family to learn the history of the Castle.
Day 7 April 23rd. Yoga Brunch
Afternoon wander to the village.
Farewell Dinner. A little surprise.
Final morning. Departure our week comes to a close.
May this be a week of timeless memories for all. The Castle supplies wine on an honour system. From the field to the fork is our menu for the week. Vegetables in season from the castle garden.Locally sourced fruits in as much as they can be. After dinner each evening, for those wishing to chat. A fire will be lite in the sitting room. Early spring in Ireland can have cooler evenings. All dietary needs will be brought to Caroline. Using the guest form on the yogaretreatsireland.com website. All areas of the Castle are open for you to explore. There are two kitchens in the castle that are open for you. Tea and fruit, Irish cheese and crackers are available. Springfield Castle is truly your home for the week. Evening dinner will be served at 7.pm Anyone wishing to bring a blessing or poem for grace before dinner is more than welcome. Larrissa will start the week with her offering.
