Larrissa Schiano-Gonzalez born & raised in Staten Island, NY is the founder of Be Yoga & Dance, a dance studio where everyone is welcome and belongs, she also owns a thriving Baptiste Yoga Affiliate Studio, and developed a program called Living Through Movement, a non-profit that delivers dance and movement programs to persons with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's Disease, and Movement Disorders. She currently leads a Free Dance Through Parkinson's disease class with the American Parkinson's Disease Association in Staten Island, NY.
Larissa has been dancing since the age of 2 and has created a life dedicated to service through the healing modalities of Yoga and Dance. Larissa owns Be Yoga & Dance a thriving Yoga studio in Staten island, NY that creates an environment where everyone belongs. Larissa has over 2000 hours of yoga Training experience, has been teaching yoga for 10 years, is a graduate of the Baptiste Institute FIT to lead program, A student of Cyndi Lee. Her mission is to bring people together, seeing past difference and embracing the oneness of all people through breath & the joy of movement

Accommodations: Historic Springfield Castle in the heart of County Limerick. The Castle sits on over two hundred acres with a mile long driveway. Yoga: Classes held daily in the 5th century tower in the west wing. Meals: Daily meals created by the house chef are with true Irish passion with fresh produce picked fresh from the Castle gardens. Whatever food is not grown on the grounds are sourced locally. Meals are organic, fresh, and delicious. We have a wide range of options,from Argentinian Asados, Peruvian style ceviche, Italian fire cooked pizza, Indian curries, Spanish tapas, South African barbeques to traditional Irish meals. Please let Caroline know of any dietary restrictions. Kitchen is always open for snacks and tea. Wine is offered on the honor system. Daily Agenda: Caroline cannot wait for you to discover her Irish homeland. A recommended agenda will be released soon. The agenda is just a guide of recommendations. Free time and embracing your wandering spirit is encouraged. Visit the local village, shop, meditate, or catch up on your reading along the cliff's of Ireland. It's your time and Larrissa and Caroline want you to discover your inner spirit, express yourself, and find your joy. |
Springfield Castle:
Springfield Castle, the ancestral home of Lord and Lady Muskerry. The castle is situated in the heart of County Limerick on a magical 200 acre wooded estate and is approached along a magnificent three quarter mile long avenue, lined with ancient lime trees. An ideal place for you, to bring yourself into the present moment surrounded by nature .

The Baron’s Room
The Baron’s room is a beautifully light room with a 6 ft (king sized) four poster bed. The windows overlook the front of the castle with a great view of the mature trees (sometimes the herd of red deer can be seen grazing in the field) and along the avenue. It has a spacious en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and a free standing slipper bath as well as a sofa.
This is a room perfect for a couple.

The Yellow bedroom is a double room with a queen bed and lovely view.

with slit windows and a 5′ double bed.

he Garden Room
The Garden room on the ground floor is a lovely airy room with a 5ft [Queen) bed. The beautiful fern pattern fabric in the curtains is taken from a design by the early 20th century American interior designer, Elsie de Wolfe. There is a very large en-suite tiled shower room suitable for wheelchair use. As the bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor it is well suited to guests with less mobility. $3295 |
The Oak Room
The Oak bedroom with it’s large and luxurious ornately carved antique 4 poster single bed is a pleasure to sleep in.

The Tower Room 1
The first floor tower room features a fine brass 4 poster bed (5′) and has a lovely bathroom with a Victorian style slipper bath with views over the walled gardens and courtyard fountain.
It also has a Juliette balcony overlooking the herb garden.

The second floor tower room is a French style room with a French (5′) bed and wardrobe and it also has a Victorian style slipper bath. It looks out over the walled garden and on a clear day to the Galtee mountains.

The third floor room has a rich mahogany 4 poster bed and wardrobe and has a shower room with a vast walk in rain shower. The tower windows frame views to the woodland and courtyards.
