Superior Lake View Double Room – CastleThis is the original master bedroom overlooking the sheep pasture and the lakeside castle of the Knights Templar. Your bathroom is new and the loo, which dates from 1864, has a delay so that the lady can make a dignified exit.

Superior Double Room – Half Acre Roderick’s grandmother christened this room the Half Acre for good reason. It has a queen sized bed, 3 large windows and a wonderful feeling of space and light, with views of mature parkland dotted with sheep and down to the river.
