The caves of Kesh
The caves of Keash are a place well written about in ancient manuscripts and in folklore. Its predominant feature is the line of caves half-way up the mountain, which have the appearance of a seaside strand with caves opening into the ocean. The shapes would suggest the opposite of the masculine figure to which I have already referred, and would suggest the feminine. However, they were treated in later folklore as representing doorways to the house of Finn MacCumhaill, the leader of the Fianna

Bective Abbey was founded in 1147 for the Cistercian Order by Murchad O'Maeil-Sheachlainn, King of Meath. It was Ireland's second Cistercian Abbey, a daughter house to Mellifont Abbey in County Louth. The Cistercians had been founded to recapture the original simplicity of monastic life, which was reflected in their restrained buildings.
Due to the attraction of its medieval ruins, Bective Abbey has been used three times by Hollywood producers: in 1955 for Captain Lightfoot starring Rock Hudson; in 1995 for the 1995 blockbuster Braveheart; and most recently in 2020 by Ridley Scott for his medieval epic
